According to a report on Daily Post, a Federal High Court
sitting in Lagos, has today, rejected Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki’s bid
to stop his arrest, prosecution and trial at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, CCT,
in Abuja. It can be recalled that the embattled Senate President is undergoing
prosecution at the CCT over a 13-count charge bordering on assets falsification
and corruption.
