On Monday, the corpse of a 17-year-old boy tested positive
for Ebola in Liberia, , the country’s
deputy Health Minister said, adding no other case had been reported. Nyenswah
Tolbert Head of the country’s ebola
response talking to newsmen said the teenager died june 24 in Nedowein,a town
close to the country’s international airport, and was given a safe burial the
next day. However , Nyenswah said investigations
had begun on how the boy contracted the deadly virus, he also said citizens
should go about their daily business. Earlier this month, United Nations
Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon had warned that as long as there is one Ebola case in
West Africa “all countries are at risk.”
